Business Cards: Bigger is Better! Nov 01 2005
After seeing last night's guest list for DesignUK's opening party at the British embassy, I made a mental note of the people I particularly wanted to meet. I've never been fond of wearing your name on your jacket, but thought it might come in handy for scoping these people out.
No chance! Most peoples' names were set so small and stylishly, they could hardly be seen, let alone read. It's all very well looking good, but don't mistake your business card for your portfolio; it's their to tell people who you are, not to show off your "design" skills!
