James Bowskill is a British Art Director at A.C.O. Tokyo, where he develops brands on-line.

He also collects Japanese packaging, occasionally writes articles for Tokyo's web magazine PingMag, and is a member of London design team Superblue.

Last month saw a smashing ad campaign for Parco department store here in Tokyo, featuring Super Mario running to the Parco store. Unfortunately I've been a bit too slow to get the link together and it's been taken off line. That'll serve me right. Still, to make up for that comes the wonderful Super Mario Bros.
